The 49th IMO will be hosted by Spain in Madrid on 10-22 July, 2008.
IMO 2009
The 50th IMO will be hosted by Germany in Bremen on 10-22 July, 2009.
IMO 2010
The 51st IMO will be hosted by Kazakhstan in ? on ?-? ?, 2010.
IMO 2011
The 52nd IMO will be hosted by the Netherlands in ? on ?-? ?, 2011.
الإجراءات الأولية قبل بدء المشاركة :
- مخاطبة الجهة المنظمة للاولمبياد من خلال موقع الاولمبياد على الانترنت ومن خلال المراسلة بواسطة الفاكس .
- الحصول على نماذج التسجيل والتي تتضمن ( استمارة تسجيل المراقبين – استمارة طلب الإسكان –
استمارة موعد السفر ( الوصول والمغادرة ) – استمارة دفع الرسوم ) .
- تعبئة الاستمارات بشكل واضح وإرسالها بواسطة الايميل أو الفاكس .
- القيام بحجوزات الطيران في وقت مبكر حسب خط السير المناسب لكافة أعضاء الفريق المشارك خاصة ان الطيران مزدحم في شهر يوليو سنوياً.
- إصدار أمر الإركاب الدولي لجميع المشاركين بناءً على الحجوزات .
- تبليغ التذاكر للخطوط الأخرى وذلك عن طريق إرسال صورة من التذكرة لهم بالفاكس أو الأيميل لتجنب إلغاء الحجوزات أو مكالمتهم بالهاتف .
- استخراج جوازات السفر للطلاب المشاركين والتأكد من مدتها النظامية 0
- الحصول على تأشيرة الدخول إلى الدولة المنظمة للاولمبياد ويجب أن يكون ذلك قبل وقت كاف ويلزم إحضار ما يلي :
( جوازات السفر – خطاب الدعوة المقدم من الدولة المنظمة – إثبات حجز السكن – إثبات حجز الرحلات –
خطاب موجه إلى السفارة من إدارة النشاط يثبت المشاركة ويكون مترجم إلى اللغة الإنجليزية ) .
- استخراج التأمين الطبي للمشاركين .
- دفع رسوم المشاركة في حساب الدولة المضيفة .
- إرسال 6 أسئلة مع إجاباتها باللغة الانجليزية للدولة المستضيفة .
- متابعة الموقع أولاً بأول والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية لطلبات الدولة المستضيفة .
- إعداد نشرات وكتب تعريفية وصور وبرشورات وهدايا بسيطة كشعار عن الدولة المشاركة
وعن المسابقات العلمية والأولمبياد المحلي باللغة الإنجليزية وتكون بأعداد مناسبة لتوزيعها على الوفود المشاركة .
